We deliver more target respondents and larger samples.

Backed by our leading market research panel of healthcare professionals, every project is supported by our proven custom recruitment process, achieving superior sampling results.

Healthcare Professional Market Research Panel

Our proprietary healthcare professionals panel, established in 2003, is managed within North America. In the US our panel is rapidly growing, and in Canada it is unrivaled with 1 in 3 or more active panelists in the top 10 surveyed medical specialties.

In addition to superior access, we ensure the highest quality respondents by actively engaging, monitoring, and refreshing our panel. This process is also supported by our comprehensive validation process that ensures legitimate respondents.

Customized Recruitment

Every study is unique and our in-house field team implements custom recruitment strategies suited to each project’s needs.

Augmenting our proprietary panel we employ a wide range of tactics to consistently deliver more target respondents and larger samples.

Primary Care Physicians

Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) are a broad pool of medical doctors who have varying sub-specializations, workplace settings, and professional experiences. Whether the goal is a highly targeted sample of 100 PCPs from a list of 1,000 or a probability sample of 300 PCPs to support advertising claims, you can count on our panel of PCPs and proven custom recruitment process to deliver robust, timely samples.

Specialists

Medical specialists on our panel cover a diverse range of therapeutic areas and physician specialties within North America. (In Canada we have more than 1 in 3 of the top medical specialties surveyed on panel.) In addition to the more common specialties surveyed, we’re also highly skilled at recruiting niche and difficult to reach groups, such as Geneticists and Retinal specialists. We also employ advanced profiling by tumor type for accurate feasibility estimates among oncologists and hematologists.

Nurses & PAs

Nurses on our panel include many nursing professional designations and specialties, such as: Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Diabetes Nurse Educators, Oncology Nurses, and even select nurses who work in very specific clinics. When searching for nurses or PAs who work in a distinct workplace setting or have experience in a unique therapeutic area, we augment our panel with our proven custom recruitment process.

Pharmacy Professionals

Research among pharmacists tends to focus on practice location (e.g. hospital or retail-based) or retail chain affiliation rather than individual pharmacists. In addition, pharmacy professionals may work for multiple employers or change employers. Our panel of pharmacy professionals and extensive profiling allows us to provide you with realistic feasibility estimates including up-to-date information on pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy assistants, pharmacy managers and owners.

Dental Professionals

Dental professionals mainly include dentists and dental hygienists. Research among dentists is often targeted by individuals or specialties such as General Dentistry, Endodontics, Orthodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, or Periodontics to name a few. Dental hygienists on the other hand may work for multiple employers or change employers more often than dentists, creating a more challenging recruit. Our panel of dental professionals and extensive profiling allows us to provide you with realistic feasibility estimates including up-to-date information on dentists and dental hygienists.

Allied Healthcare Professionals

Allied health professionals are a broad category and our panel includes more than 60 professions. Some of the more commonly surveyed allied health professionals on our panel, include chiropractors, dietitians, laboratory technicians, naturopathic physicians, optometrists, osteopathic doctor, physiotherapists, and respiratory therapists. Augmenting our panel is our proven custom recruitment process enabling us to recruit robust samples of allied health professionals.

Why Sample Quality Matters

Accurate insights depend on responses from verified professionals. Even a few unqualified respondents can skew results, especially in small, specialized samples.

We prioritize sample integrity to ensure that every response represents the insights of a verified healthcare professional.

Data Quality Controls

Respondent fraud remains a critical threat to data quality in healthcare market research, with increasingly sophisticated tactics:

    • Use of bots or automated tools to complete surveys.
    • AI-generated responses instead of real, first-hand opinions.
    • Individuals misrepresenting their credentials to access healthcare-focused studies.
    • Duplicate survey completions.

We address these risks with safeguards that protect the integrity of our data. Our safeguards include:

    • Manual Authentication: Every new panelist is verified prior to activation.
    • Quality Monitoring: Responses are regularly reviewed to identify issues that could impact data quality.
    • Ongoing Validation: Panelist profiles are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect career changes, retirements, or relocations.
    • Direct Follow-Up: Responses flagged during review are investigated directly with the panelist.
    • Strong Relationships: We maintain long-term relationships with our panelists, supporting ongoing engagement and accountability.

What Happens When We Need Additional Sample?

Some studies require larger or highly specialized samples beyond our current reach. In these cases, we engage vetted panel partners who meet our quality standards.

We ask our partners the same tough questions we encourage our clients to ask their sample suppliers:

  • Where does your sample come from?
  • How do you verify respondent credentials?
  • What processes do you use to ensure data quality?
All external sample undergoes the same validation as our proprietary panel. We’re transparent about when and how external sources are used.

By applying consistent quality checks across all respondent sources, we ensure reliable data regardless of sample origin.
